Frank is a scum bag. He is the worst with tattoos and he will tattoo too deep which makes it harder to cover. He accepts sexual favors as payment and always having new women (sometimes men) in the shop for favors, for piercing/tattoos. If you feel like you have to go here, go to Chris. Hands down, the best… just make sure he cleans that area before hand because Frank prob had sexual encounters on Chris’s table.
