Yeah north east uk and Tyne and Wear is the most I am willing to travel because we have so many talented artists up here...that is unless you can recommend someone exceptional that stands out from the main people up here

Apparently I need something with a lot of smaller sections like the scales of the carp to break up the old tattoo

I think I've attached the image properly lol. I have been told it would be worth getting the black outline lasered off then a koi carp would be best to cover it up. I'm not a big fan of koi carp pieces to be honest...anything else you can think of to break it up and cover it properly? Also tattoo artist was Pete from triplesixstudios studios in Sunderland but he is the only one I have spoke to so far. I plan on going to see a few more around the north east to get some more opinions.
