i think your concerns are valid - i'm the same way - i would worry about something like this too - but to your point - i doubt the artist even drew up anything yet - anyway - its going on you - like forever - so it might as well be what you want i do like the suggestion of getting both though - big time!

hard one to answer - probably many dif opinions on this depending on the tattoo artist i am almost think - especially if you are going to keep getting tattooed - it would be a good idea just to find an artist you like and trust and get a small piece from them - somewhere else on your body - see how you like it - see how you heal - if you are feeling good at that point - talk to the artist about your coverup ideas for your chest - see what they think the content should be ballpark what you like but let the artist help with the execution of a tattoo you are going to be proud to wear - dont rush yourself into another mistake as for the other artist - hey live and learn - i think most of us have pieces we dont 'love' anymore - part of the game dont stress though - tattoo on - its a journey

before you get on with those big plans make sure you have an artist you have trust in - coverups are not easy and you dont want to feel worse about what you got on ya than you do now i would not go back to the artist that did your original piece

rodman was also on celeb apprentice - he was his typical wounded trainwreck self i actually have seen every season of real world believe it or not this season is an awful cast and concept but my wife wants to watch still so we do we also like the challenge which pulls new contestants from real world each year this is sad haha to know so much about this show honey boo boo has pretty much been the bottom end of tv watching for me but its awesome that i can bring it up to people at work and they walk out of the room useful room clearing strategy ;)

timely discussion i think - ya know - i def can feel the whole thing about a rush for coverage - its like i THINK i know the look i want - and then i just want more - the more work i get the more i see the gaps - plus - this is the other thing - i really enjoy getting tattooed - machines running - pain flowing - convos going - and then you get this art that keeps the experience going - and then - there's another appt on the calendar - oh shit - i'm hooked

see i started on legs and moved up so now a lot of work i get most people dont even know about but as for the post tatt blues - yeah - i got a piece scheduled for next month then my funds are running dry so it might be awhile - but i still want more coverage - ah - summer is the off season anyway for me in terms of tatts - i'm in the water constantly with the kids (pool / ocean / paddleboarding) so healing is not desirable during this time after my next piece in late feb - i might try to finagle another but that'll be that till fall
