    outlines the hardest imo because your body needs that 10-15 minutes in that area to 'adjust' - i'm not a neuroscientist but there is some brain chemical shit happening right there and to me after 10-15 minutes i'm settling into a zone where i can take the pain and deal with it - never had my knees done - its on my list - good luck

    yep that would be cool @SeeSea i'd like to do all 3 days - trying to convince my buddy to do it - figure we could turn it into a camping / running / drinking trip :) dont know if you have checked out the 'quadzilla' challenge for 3 days in spring sounds tough marathons 9am thur, 9am fri, 9am sat, 9pm sat!
