    dcostello I don't know you but I really like your list. Pretty Girls Make Graves alongside NWA alongside Hoods alongside Chuck Ragan's solo stuff (and plenty of other good stuff). fuck yeah and Perez- god I haven't listened to Uncle Tupelo in ages. Gotta put some of that on. Still Feel Gone is a great album.

    ugh just feeling that spot you're describing and I can only imagine the pain. it's so sensitive and I never realized it til now. achilles tendon hurt like a mofo for me so that doesn't surprise me that that spot hurts too. and so that i'm not completely off topic here- forearms are cake. inner arm was really not as bad for me as people make it out to be- until it hits that weird point of the elbow or your armpit. totally depends on your nerve endings. whoever discussed stress/focus/eating/sleeping hit the nail on the head too.

    just saw this gem over on Tim Hendricks' blog. Note as he very clearly states that HE DID NOT DO THIS TATTOO. Just reposting a repost over here that's relevant to this thread... According to his blog, Tim's thoughts on visual tattoos can be summarized in this quote "One of those many rules and code of tattoo ethics was this, 'we’re in the business of beautifying bodies not ruining lives' "

    I know plenty of women in their early-mid 20's with those behind the ear tattoos (some with other tattoos, some without. almost all have not done the traditional working their way up to that spot though.) I don't think the behind the ear one is as prevalent as the tramp stamp may have been, but it's definitely getting there.

    I'm not a tattoo artist but it seems like there's no credibility that way. If you're passionate about painting you'd own paintings. If you're passionate about tattooing you'd have tattoos. Obviously it's nothing but a business venture to you then if you're nothing but blank skin and you're encroaching on good people's livelihoods and careers. I mean hell, at least get the standard warped tour visible tattoos and fake it ;)

    fuck man I've sat through some stupid shit while getting tattooed. I'm not going there to listen to music. I've got a record player and ipod and all that. Hell, usually you're talking anyways during a session.

    I don't think there's anything wrong with the ass location. It's purposefully exaggerated and shows off the legs and is the style you're going for and totally works. The boob though is almost at her shoulder and kinda weirds me out imagining that haha
