I think and old style lantern drawing moths would be cool And yet still feminine... I agree though tell the artist your bullet points and be pleasantly surprised with their awesomeness. That's one of my favorite parts of being tattooed

What tattoos do you have? Edit: I feel like LST is a great and simple place to find artists and ideas, why does everyone push a nonsense app that is clearly filling a void no one needs.

People won't do that to your face.especially if you're tattooed. It's like the old joke about PETA throwing paint on old ladies wearing fur coats, but never bikers wearing leather. Edit: "culturally insensitive" is a lame term only used by white people judging other white people just get what you like and respect it

@exmember88 Can I ask an ignorant question. If you are affiliated with this shop shouldn't you be a bit more diplomatic to draw positive attention to your shop. You sound a bit immature and between that and the general feedback I as a potential customer would be very turned off to inksanity

They are just drawings labeled as tattoos. The majority are built for the page they were created on not the body. And personal bias, the overall "cutesy" nature of the drawings leaves much to be desired. But considering how many wing and Pokemon tattoos I see it's probably for young teen girls anyhow

I think you would regret a tribal Pattern... I would always ask a talented tattoo artist, but maybe continuing a night scene would be cool/ possible I'm sure someone will suggest something way cooler

I don't understand how copying another persons work constitutes original anything? Is it fair to assume that this type of work are drawings and not tattoos because a tattoo artist understands the flow of the body regarding the piece and demonstrates a proficiency in a particular tattoo style (japanese, american traditional, biomech, etc)?

At one of my last tattoo sessions this guy made a "paint by numbers" remark and that's one of the few times I've seen everyone in the room stop smiling immediately . Maybe I can get someone on deviant art to draw me Something nice and then get a famous artist like Valerie Vargas to put that on me instead of having an original piece. Sounds reasonable. In my heart I feel like this "tracing kinda sorta" concept promotes scratcher behavior.

I don't get it... Needles bother the crap out of me too. Getting tattooed is a very different experience and sensation. You can't have a passion for something and only watch kinda from the sidelines. Go get something

personally I think that second link looks like a mess of random stars and lines... but that is what fireworks are. So, maybe it's great? I understood what yours was when I saw it immediately, I think you have some buyers remorse and cannot really admit that. Hey @Padji, Just my .02 but I think extending a 3/4 sleeve to full is kinda for your preference only, but yours looks like it ends very high on your forearm. You might be able to get away with a nice piece added to it. You might be happier just designing your other arm. I also agree with @Iwar about throwing traditional pieces below it being a nice option.
