    Late to the game but here's .02 I feel as though you are coming from a place of respect, and that alone gives you a pass to wear it in my book. I love his work also and while I prefer the traditional japanese imagery, I understand the draw. The piece with the dude double wielding the smoking shot guns is amazing, as are the many others. I see it less Chicano now as I do "California culture" it's your history now too in a way. Whatever goes down show off your progress in the backpiece thread

    If it is something you are passionate about then I guess that's the answer. At least you didn't say I love Shakespeare what should I get from his works? My only suggestion is that it all seems a bit dense for the space allotted. An artist would be able to speak more to this than myself. Maybe prospera could wear that orange and red wool hat lol

    Maybe you can get a feather bursting into little doves on your ribs? Or an upside down anchor on you wrist that says never sink? Or an infinity symbol with something written in one of the loops?

    Don't get a tattoo as a vague screw you to high school. I am sorry you battled depression but don't be that guy that can't/ won't mentally move forward from high school. While it sounds like a joke; if you want something at the end of you comfort zone listen to @BrianH and get a big ass dragon or blast an eagle on your chest.

    Does anyone know the breakdown of how much fish actually goes to this sea lion? Like what percent does sea world get and what percent does he get? As specific as possible would be best!

    I feel like that is the point of the matrix tattoo, I'm not trying to offend but I get a sense of you picking the most obscure thing in that awful trilogy (great first movie) so you get to explain the tattoo when people go what is that. Getting a big ass falcon tattoo is a great idea Also that cowboy chewie is too funny

    Can I ask what about that 1 image is the most impressive to you? So I can get a better perspective. EDIT: Personally, I lean towards the Frank Miller/ Alex Ross batman art. I am an enormous batman geek as per my name lol. I look forward to seeing what you do pick and end up with. Batman is the only hero I think I would get a tattoo of... not sure maybe Hellboy or punisher?
