Extrusion and Revolution Solids - A Dildo Generator

Actually wrote today, which turned out well. Just a couple really short pieces, but still writing.

I think I mentioned this elsewhere, but a girl at work asked me if I liked watercolor tattoos, and I said no and explained why. She didn't know that they would fade, and seemed to be open to discussion about tattoos which was cool. She's also a painter, so I think she's actually into watercolor paintings. The odd thing about this discussion is that tattoo flash is done in watercolor. Flash is just meant for tattoos and skin.

The response on here is amazing. I don't know what to say. Thanks, everyone. Also, I don't think it would be a bad idea to make a recovery thread. I just made my assessment appointment for Friday. Looks like there's a 2-4 week 6 day/week program. It's an outpatient program, which is nice. Then there's a continued 12 week long program that they give based on results in the former. Many thanks for the support, Mick. I have had to really try to conceptualize the idea of softening my ego, and I am completely lost, so this is something that I have been told will help.

That wasn't a warning. At least I don't think it was.

I turned down an invite to Vegas, because I am taking a month off of work to go to an outpatient rehab for a helluva coke habit. I haven't mentioned anything about it on here, because I didn't want to bring something like that to a proper tattoo discussion, and it wasn't really needed. But, now that I am actually having good thoughts and actions towards getting help, I feel it's okay to say something to the rad people of LST who have shown me so much love and support in my tattoo endeavours. I'm definitely struggling, and I really am in deep with it all, but I have my older sister who is my best friend supporting me in all this, and I think it's going to stick. I know of one other LSTer who no longer posts who went through some similar stuff, and his example has crossed my mind more than once over the past couple of months. Posting here helps me, because I am an introvert, and actually putting myself out there convinces me more than it convinces others that I am actually doing something positive. I went to the bar tonight to talk to someone who helped me with my resume a while back, and he is putting me in contact with a rather elusive tattooer for my magazine. At a time like this in my life, I am glad that tattooing exists to help me feel like I am still worth something more than having this cocaine addiction. Bought my ticket to Lee Fields at The Fillmore next month since @CultExciter was so kind as to post his music. Ordered the catalog for Perseverance, after some long weeks of spending way too much money on non-tattoo things. That's my awesome struggle update.

Did tattoo shops not make you anxious when you first started getting tattooed?

Panthers with shorter jaws and snarls always look like Marcus Kuhn actually looks in real life to me. At least after I saw one with a flannel, headband, and face tattoos, and someone suggested that it looked like him.

Noah has a variety of different things he does with his roses, so I think a little direction like you suggested is not too much control. As for your kitsune, it would have probably made very little sense to have the other hind leg visible with the way the fox is moving. It looks great!

Not sure where you are getting tattooed, but you might want to call the shop, either Old Souls or wherever he's tattooing. Give it a few more days. I just got a text back from a tattooer today after texting him late last week. Also heard of tattooers emailing back a year later. Most will get back to you within a week or two, though. On the other hand, calling the shop is easy.
