Growing up in Denham Springs, Louisiana in an environment over run by drug dealers few options were in the present or future for Kito Talbert. His father demanded better for his son and moved him to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Being in a different environment Kito adapted and redesigned his life. As a child, initially influenced by family members with tattoos, his creative spirit was awakened. "Art has always amazed me and when I noticed you could wear it on your skin, I was taken away and been attached to this art form ever since." Self-taught by the streets early on he has now been tattooing professionally for ten years.
Kito's professional tattooing career was unleashed at Murder Ink 3 (North Babylon, NY) under the guidance of Anthony Hunter continuing on to Tatted Wright (Atlanta, GA) returning to the place he calls home, Tulsa, OK. Although Kito specializes in black and gray work he knows this industry constantly evolves and there's so much to learn. He holds fast to remaining original and taking pride in being able to design creations only his hands could make. The skills of his craft may be seen on actors, pro athletes, rappers, and musicians.
Kito's future endeavors include branding himself in this ever changing industry. He plans to branch out in multiple cities and leave his mark as a momento.
