I'm with Iwar here. It's not like you would be canceling at the last minute. In the future it would be best if you are 100% committed to the tattooers style before you approach them to get a tattoo. - - - Updated - - - I'm with Iwar here. Just outta curiosity how many members are we at now? -
There are some children tattoos that I don't have as much of a problem with, mostly being eastern European countries that would have children kidnapped to Muslim countries. They would tattoo in an effort to keep the kidnappers at bay. But other then that I don't see the point.

I think everyone on the internet is a guy until proven otherwise... most women I know don't use the internet other then Facebook. - - - Updated - - - I think everyone on the internet is a guy until proven otherwise... most women I know don't use the internet other then Facebook.

I hate squat toilets, I can't even use them properly. I can't squat flat footed.

I'm not sure if this video is real but it shows what is maybe a 3 year old getting tattooed. I'm at a loss for words about what could be going though their minds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zzur_9NC2vY&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Switzerland you say? Filip Leu comes to mind, but maybe that's just me. ;) welcome aboard

Don't worry @Johannes your not the only we don't have any rules here saying you need to post your tattoos, it's only if you feel like you want to. I don't like to share my tattoos over the internet either.

Wow @irezumi you gotta be like 80 years old. Most arcade games (here at least) cost anywhere from $1 to $7 and you only get one life. - - - Updated - - - Wow @irezumi you gotta be like 80 years old. Most arcade games (here at least) cost anywhere from $1 to $7 and you only get one life.

Welcome Aaron, you should upload some of the tattoos you've done into your gallery. Where about do you live, I'm guessing the valley?

That was just one char, I had more than just that one. I get your point though. I have a friend that would make extra money that way, selling chars on WoW. Those guys play that game for years to get that many hours..... I just can't do that.

I haven't played anything new for like 5 years. My favorite game was morrowind. Wish I still had my old Xbox, had like 350 hours on one character alone. So many days of ditching school and going exploring in that game.

Good tattoos but this could have gone in latest tattoo lowdown.

So y'all are saying great success, but didn't do anything. By the way this is my final change. Matches the name and all.

@dcostello I've had a avatar for a while now but I've been changing it lately cause @Duffa hates it when people change theirs. Which reminds me, I gotta change it again.

Welcome aboard, what part of Florida are you headed to?

Meh..... a small brewery like Maker's Mark won't dilute their whisky so much that it will effect the taste to much. Plus it's going to be the same water that they make the stuff with, it's not like putting tap water in it.

Traditional Japanese V. 'American' Japanese Tattoos
CaptCanada replied to fourtotheflush's topic in Tattoo Advice
I've talked with my tattooer about this before and from what he says about tattoos causing harm to the body is more likely cause of cross contamination. Like the US artists worked with the same needles, but something that never happened in the US is the after tattoo bath. When a group of yakuza were all finished for the day they would all take a shared bath together and have the tattoo apprentice wash them. If the tub is not large enough for all of them, they would go one by one after the tattoo is finished but, the water is still shared cause it's never changed...... America had bad procedures like no gloves, reusing ink, improper sterilization, and needles. Japan had all that to but I guess it all combined with the drinking and drugs set it over the top. I think this thread is getting hijacked though. -
I pretty much have my body planned except for my arms and chest..... those spots are going to be the last that I get tattooed, and once I get there I'm just going to tell my tattoo to do what ever he wants.... most likely it will be 3 more years in the future when I get there so he will know me and have a very good idea what will fit.... plus my arms will be what most people see so I figure giving him freedom to tattoo what he wants will get some pretty interesting results.

What kind of shop do you go to most?
CaptCanada replied to Ducky15568's topic in General Tattoo Discussion
Bring in Japan my normal tattoo artist is not a well known artist in this country. But he does do guest spots over the world. Here in Japan he works in a private studio, that unless your interested in getting tattooed by him..... you probably won't hear much about. In magazines or on the web is a different story, cause he does have a following. It's just the Japanese way, unless you are seeking about to get tattooed by someone in particular you most likely won't hear about them, unless they have a lot of foreigners guest spotting. -
I normally covered the side of the seat with toilet paper until it started flaking.
