    I'm a lazy bastard. This is my 5 year old Jura. Does it all for me. Before that I used to brew my espresso on the hob, in a pot. I don't think I've bought instant coffee for 10 years, horrible stuff. @RoryQ Thanks for the link. I've just ordered a kilo of roasted beans from hasbean.co.uk.

    @Dr Benway Many thanks. My wife's a redhead with pale skin and if I remember correctly didn't you mention you have red hair and pale skin? Shading on very pale skin can resemble a raw hamburger on a fresh tattoo but is quite normal.

    I photographed my wifes neck tattoo healing from 24th December to 8th January. The photos are in date order from the 24th December - 31st December. The last one is 8th January. Well on the way to healing now.
