I think I might be done, at least with big stuff, for a bit. I've got a few little ideas in my head that I might do but that might be it for a while. The amount of free skin I have left has really shrunk over the last couple years and I really should think out what, and who, for the rest of it. And then @suburbanxcore mentions Pagoda, which seems to be the place fir me to cross paths with Marina, so perhaps it is just a pause until Pagoda. For fun here is a pic of what Chad did to my arm a couple weeks ago, I've tried to post it a couple times but it was giving me trouble.

I'm going to Nashville Boogie next month so while I'm there I'm stopping into Chad's shop and we will do some more work on my arm. Haven't seen his shop before, should be fun.

Holy Shit!!! I was gonna say "ouch", or something like that, now all my thoughts seem inadequate.

Many people have said things much more eloquently than I can but I like the tattoo. I've had a few tattoos that I got when I was young that were bad (think home made Walkman motor machine bad). I wore those for over 20 years before I was able to cover them. They were bad, and I hated them, but a part of me misses them. My solution now to tattoos I might not like as much as I thought I would is just more tattoos. New tattoos are fun and they eventually obfuscate the one you don't like. Just my thoughts as reading through, do what makes you happy. If the tattoo causes you pain, get rid of it.

Damn, and I'm sitting here proud that I made it through 3 hours on my ribs. Y'all are funckin' amazing.

Chad Koeplinger is coming back to NH next month and I was able to get in with him again. Gonna work on something for the rest of the forearm where he made a torch last year.

I agree with @Hogrider nothing to do but let it heal. I've had a couple of tattoos scab like that. They were both done by very experienced and and well known tattooers to the people on this board. Sometimes shit happens. I would expect a good bit of pigment to fall out with the scab but that can always be touched up or left to look even more unique.

I have similar thoughts sometimes. Glad it's not just me.

I've been talking to Ashley Matthias, the woman who did the cat and some others on me, about drawing up a logo and business cards for my little side vintage resale business. As we were talking a mentioned that the cat is kinda lonely all by itself so I think we are going to make a vintage sci-fi stylized rocket to go with it. Should be fun.

Yeah, the place is small and it was packed. If there had been fewer people there I might have.

Not about a new tattoo, that happens tomorrow, but I'm visiting my daughters in Oakland and was walking around exploring the neighborhood and stumbled across Freddie Corbin's Tattoo 13. If I didn't already have an appointment at Black Heart I would have stopped in.

I'm in Oakland visiting family and called Black Heart on a whim. Scott was booked but Cody had a cancellation on Saturday. Guess who is getting his other ribs done on Saturday......

I just had a surprise surgery on Sunday and I was very quickly known by all the nurses as the guy with all the colorful tattoos.
