Mike Roper is one of the most low key tattooers out there, so you won't find much of his work online. Maybe a few pictures if you search #mikeroper on istagram, but that's about it. His tattoos, the few I've seen, are beyond incredible though.

On a different note, I personally don't think the infection has anything to do with the tattoo. Now I'm no doctor, far from it, but from the little I saw it didn't look like the tattoo was fresh, plus I think it's more likely that the uploader just described it as that to "salt it up" a little, if you know what I mean. I highly doubt that "Crazy Shit" is a youtube channel made up of health practitioners and professionals too, but that's just an uneducated guess on my part.

I can usually stomach to see pretty gross shit, but that video takes the fucking cake!!! I'd rather watch Two Girls and a Cup before ten more seconds of that thing. Damn @TaeTae! I should have taken your warning more seriously.
