    i dont know if her last name is peters-Marguerite , Both Marg and Cindy C. worked out of Peter Tat-2 (aka peters) . I believe Marguerite is in Delhi NY at SnapDragon ink. Its amazing how many people mention Marguerite's name around Long island and NYC she really is Legendary. Cindy C. as well, she's been tattooing well over 20 years, its 37-38 Years i believe, i think Marguerite is tattooing a year or two longer. They both have Very Very Similar Styles very beautiful fine line work
