  1. it looks cool, I like it,it does not look like a swastika to me.tell your friend to stfu
  2. hi and welcome, IMO I would look for an artist that likes doing and does a lot of color work, many black & gray artists are really good at B&G,that may be their primary type of work, the same goes for a color specialist ,
  3. it's a cool tattoo, and I don't give a F*** what other people say or think about my tattoos. if somebody wants to talk about tattoos, then I like to do that,if nobody says anything about my tattoos, then that's fine too.
  4. well, first of all, they are nothing to worry about IMO. if it was from the tattoo it would have shown up a long time ago. relax,it will go away.

    Tatt advice

that's normal and what all tattoos do over time, don't try and have it "fixed", that will not do any good.
  6. welcome ! and I say, who gives a fuck what "others" say !?!?!?!?!?!?!? if you like it that's all that matters . looks fine to me.
  7. what could possibly be "one of them being the history and interpretations that could be made about spiderwebs on the elbow" ? if you are worried about what other people think about your tattoos, STOP GETTING TATTOOS RIGHT NOW ! 2nd, I was going to say, put a spider web on your elbow with a skeleton spider on it.
  8. it's a cool tattoo, enjoy it,show it off, and wear it with pride.
  9. take a breath and relax, it will pass, and start planning your next tattoo.

    hi

find the right artist that likes doing coverups & is good at it, they could do just fine, what you have to do is a lot of research to find the right person, I have a couple coverups that are perfect.

    Initiation?

you need 10 constructive posts to have access to all the features here https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/guidelines/
  12. maybe a zoom or skype consult would work ? or maybe go to somebody else ?
  13. no I can't say that I have, pre-tattoo consultations have always been an important part of the process IMO, and yes, I for feel a consultation is a very necessary parts of the process, for the us customers AND the tattooer that's going to do the work. I think you paid all the proper respects already in what you said in your post here. ". I made it clear that I didn’t want to guide the process or throw in a laundry list or requests, rather just want to spend a few minutes hearing the artist’s view for the piece" that's perfect IMO
  14. I don't see how that would be a problem for the tattoo
  15. our tattoos are a roadmap of our lives, the good and the bad, actually that's what makes us who we are,so it's important IMO to remember the good and the bad and all the lessons learned form life experiences and relationships we have all had.so wear it with pride and don't worry about what all the judgmental a s sholes think of you and your tattoo.
  16. LOL that's my point ! asking for handouts from other people and their money is risk free for you, not them ! wouldn't work for me,but whatever floats your boat.
  17. sorry but I don't like it when people ask for handouts to start a business,do it the right way,get a loan, save your money, earn it, work for it.
