    Very cool! Being from PA, my regular artist knows him from back in the day and mentioned it a while ago. If he gets a booth I may go up and just hang out for the whole weekend.

    I can't even sort through their website or Facebook (which I almost never use) to tell if I'm excited. If I didn't have an appointment (that I heard about via Instagram, not the site), I don't know that I'd be excited either. Haha.

    Info is starting to come out about Pagoda City Tattoo Fest, organized by Justin Weatherholtz (Kings Avenue) and Joe Johns (Wizards World of Tattoos). It'll be just outside of Reading, PA in early August. Instagram is @pagodacitytattoofest and it's putting out some names of people who will be there. It's shaping up to be a pretty good one.

    @Dbeatdano, Yeah, I've got a few. But they'll likely change at least a little, especially after talking with him when he does my leg in July. I'm still undecided about if I'm going to the elbow or the forearm. Part of me just wants to leave it at the elbow and leave the elbow down for someone else, and part of me wants to keep going. Another thing that will probably be hammered out come July.

    @Dbeatdano, to be honest, I'm not sure. I think some time in the early fall. I booked a little beyond that (starting in Jan 2015) because I was in NY and could pop into the shop. I wanted to talk with him and then get a bunch of dates on the calendar (and save up some money!), so I shot for a little later. Give John at KA a call or shoot them an email. They're really easy to work with.

    It was really cool to check out the Devita show this weekend. I wish I'd had the money to pick up some art, but no such luck. There was some incredible stuff there.

    @Dbeatdano I got tattooed by Todd Noble last summer and can't recommend it enough. He's also really easy to book with for as good as he is. Leblanc does cool stuff too, so good luck!

    While @huggernaut and I were at the Devita show, I booked a slew of appointments with Grez to start my left arm. It won't be for quite a while, so for now I'm trying to not think about it. Hahaha. I do still have a few things between now and then, though.

    A woman I work with was at a local tattoo shop getting some script on her wrist and texts me, "Hey, your friend works here right? I think he's tattooing a butterfly on some guy. Isn't that real girly?" ::sighs::

    @motsimus, that definitely makes sense. As a selfish viewer, I'd love to see a video. But if I was going on the trip that you're about to, there's no way I'd want to put it together! Taking in the whole experience definitely makes sense.

    Not for me, but my wife booked with Martin Lacasse at Olde City Tattoo in Philadelphia for a geisha 3/4 sleeve at the end of the month. He did her other arm a few years ago and she's been itchin to get this one done for a while. It's the same weekend I get done by Ron Henry Wells, so that'll be fun.

    @Gregor, to be honest, I can't even tell you who is on what show or much about that. I can't say that I've seen more than five minutes of 90% of em. Probably snap judgements, so your point could definitely be valid.
