I found that leggings without underwear were the best for me, or something high waisted, or a long shirt tucked into pants thus protecting the area (sort of) from invasive seams and waistbands. Too bad you don't live closer, I have a ton of high waisted skirts! :o

And to talk more of undergarments... getting your hip tattooed when the weather is cold enough out to warrant jeans and pants is stupid. I've been in leggings or tights with skirts for two weeks because the seams rub on my tattoo just the right way and make it hurt, still. I feel like a huge wuss for admitting this, but, wow, next time I am going to get tattooed when it is warm enough out to wear loose clothing and dresses!!!

We love The Richardson too @gougetheeyes, but declined mentioning it because, well, who wants to spend more time at work??? We could always do Calexico for food later on, they usually have space.

Matchless it is!!! My husband will be thrilled. I really hope that they are playing good music too. Can we pray to the music-at-Matchless gods for them to play good music that night?! I love it when they rotate between Black Sabbath, Motorhead, The Jesus Lizard, and the like. Those are the best nights.

Spritzenhaus has a ton of beer on tap, and decent bar food. It is big, bright and airy. Matchless is our usual haunt, small and usually has good music. They have greasy options: fries, wings, etc. Haven't been to Black Rabbit in a while, but it is small and cozy (a little on the dark side as far as lighting is concerned.) Pete's Candy Store is similar to Matchless, though if they have food I've never had it. What say ye @ironchef, @gougetheeyes, @MrsGougeTheEyes?

Latex allergies are horrid @pdjones! It actually isn't the latex itself that's the problem, as far as I understand it, but the chemicals used to preserve the latex.
