    Ha @scubaron! I keep saying "I'm done for a while" or "I'm done until I start my back" and then I find other tattoos to get in the interim... My husband is kind of irritated with me too ;)

    I had that last week on my hip - felt my nerves light up from my foot all the way up into my jaw. This has motivated me to see which acupuncture meridian may have been temporarily activated... GallBladder! Good stuff!

    The only thing that is acceptable at Times Square is the movie theatre - if you go for a first-show-of-the-day, you miss all the tourists. Times Square early on a Saturday or Sunday morning is strangely awesome.

Will post a short-list as soon as it is done! - - - Updated - - - If ya'll want pizza, Guiseppina's in Brooklyn is fantastic - it's on 6th Ave between 20/21st Sts - South Slope. It's a hike, and I wouldn't expect that those coming from NJ would want to make the hike to it... Barn Joo (Flatiron) looks good. And, it is in a fairly convenient location for everyone.

    Have you used the same coconut oil on your tattoo to heal anything (ie cuts, scrapes, etc) in the past? What does your artist say about it? Definitely head to the doc to get some assistance.

    @Nazara - yes, please tell us which shop you are going to, where it is located, and what the tattoo artist's name is! It's fair and right to the tattoo artist to have their work acknowledged.

    Hahaha @Pugilist! I usually head home and eat/drink after being at Adorned, and am totally out of the restaurant loop right now, but... Soba-ya is close, it's one of my husband's favorites and we always go there if we are nearby. @JoshRoss - I have to head upstate this weekend, otherwise would love to grab a drink with a fellow LSTer.

    I love what I call the "woe is me arm" around 55 seconds in... stomach tattoo, hot damn.

    I like the idea of adding a 3/4 or profile view on either side of the front - could wrap around the thigh, possibly. I like the geometric/ornamental design option as well.

    Waking up with your shirt glued to your tattoo because you were sleeping directly on it, and having to soak it off, wash and reapply salve at 3am. That was awesome.
