I got my elbow done recently....whew that was bad...I had to sleep on my right side for 3 days bc I didn't want it to touch anything, and wanted to keep it straight. The pain was pretty bad that first night too, but oh so worth it! Actually had a very quick recovery - fully healed in 7 days. Pretty crazy.

Really nice aftercare tips. One thing I did notice is that you didn't touch on the inflammation aspects of tattoo care. You might want to think about adding something in there about that. Thanks PT

I have a lotus flower/root chakras on my elbow with tree roots coming out of the sides of the flower. There's another lotus flower/crown chakras on my shoulder with a tree up my arm connecting them. I have one session left to complete the tree and some detail on the flowers. I have to say, I can see how some people become addicted to tattoos lol. I love the feeling of a new tattoo afterwards. It gives me a strong sense of pride and confidence. It's being done at speakeasy custom tattoo in Chicago by Patrick Cornolo. He does amazing work and the shop has a great atmosphere. I totally recommend it. Paul
