    @ttoosday , Please pardon me for being blunt, but the best thing you can do accept it and move on. We can't help or make suggestions unless we see it. For all we know it may be perfectly fine, and you are having tattoo remorse. It's not the end of the world, you can get it covered, lasered, added to, or just leave it alone and you might learn to love it. Expand your tattoo horizons. Spend some time here, listen, find a good shop, go get an awesome tattoo. I guarantee you will feel better. Unless you are a chronic sad-sack. Then we can't do anything for you. Cheers!

    I stopped by Dark Age Tattoo and Supergenius today. Both are rad shops. Talking to the folks at Dark Age I was surprised that Derek Noble and Jesse Roberts only have a 2 month waiting list. The other artists are as few as a couple of weeks. Definitely a place to stop by if you want something kickass before Christmas.

    One thing I have really come to appreciate, especially since being here, is that great tattoos know very few borders. Even more so with how freely art is exchanged on the Internet, and how often artists travel/relocate. It's cool that you are showing an interest and pride in something. It kind of feels like you are entering into a one man regional contest though. But hey, it sounds like you are out to get quality work, so whatever is clever.

    Welcome to the forums! I've spent my fair share of time visiting the different shops in the Seattle area and I'm sorry that I missed Lucky Devil Capitol Hill before it moved on. Seattle has gotten pretty dense with shops, and I imagine Mukilteo has a little bit more breathing room. I wish you the best, and look forward to stopping by to say howdy once things are up and running.

    I think this and some of the other amazing back pieces on LST are deserving of their own category. Perhaps an annual contest to honor the insane dedication, time, and art. The winner gets a used, signed fundoshi. Just a thought.

    I Haven't been tattood by him, but by all accounts Mike Dorsey is a speed demon. The guy pumps out paintings and tattoos like the devil was on his back with a whip. Sleeves in 2-3 sessions, back pieces in 14 hours, and it seems like he has a new painting posted every few days.

    You've already done everything you can by going to a doctor and talking to your artist. I'm sure they gave you comprehensive instructions, including on coming back if it doesn't get better.
