Personally, i love "easy" minimal electronic music in my tattooing sessions.

Hmm... interesting question. <maybe the first tattoo i did in my younger age gave me some self esteem boost. But nothing more then that... :cool: -
I have number of tattoos and my girlfriend has none. The effect? she telling me all the times that she want to do one :)
