  1. Advice wanted on an angel kitty. I have four paw prints going up my leg. Now my kitty who really meant a lot to me died in December. I thought it would be a neat way to remember him if I could have a cat above my paw prints, and have a halo around it. Or angel wings as with a halo but how do I incorporate a kitty into that?
  2. I agree with you on pointing out issues that may be had. It is best to point them out now, then to wait until it is too late, am I wrong?
  3. Hi, how are you trixiefaux? Thanks for commenting. I do not have any pics right now, I just got a new computer and lost all of my old pics that were of my tats on my old computer:( Once I get some, I will upload them on here.
  4. That is awesome that you got a memorial tattoo for your dad. I want to do something like this for my parents as well. I honestly do not know when the first time was that I saw a tattoo.
  5. I want to get a memory tattoo for my mom and dad. They both passed away, my dad when I was 18 and my mom when I was 21. I was thinking something with their initials on my wrist. Any suggestions? Nothing too big. Mom loved lilacs and thought about incorporating that somehow into the tat as well.
  6. Getting ready to eat a piece of dark chocolate birthday cake with lots of chocolate icing and a layer of white frosting. Left over from my boyfriend's birthday the other day.
  7. Mother daughter tattoo date sounds like a blast. Wish my mother were around so I could have the chance to do this. I think this would be an awesome way to not only have fun but to start a tradition.
  8. Do what feels right to you. Everyone is different, no one will have the same situation. If you feel you need to take a week off for it to heal and all, then that is what you should do.
  9. My butterfly on my lower back got really dry, but I applied vaseline to it and that really did help me out. It helped to lubricate it well and within a day it was looking better.
  10. Hello nice to meet you. I am loving your work. It is awesome. All are great but I really love how you improved the first tattoo:)
  11. Hello Luke, nice to meet you. I love your tattoo, it looks awesome. How long did it take to complete?
  12. It was on my wrist so I watched the whole time he tattooed me. But when I saw the finished product, the cross looked amazing and I knew I would return for more.
  13. My tattoos did not take that long. The longest was the butterfly on my lower back, and that took maybe 2 hours.
  14. I have a friend that is 33 and his mother still does not know that he has as many tattoos that he does. I believe he is up to 7 and they are all rather large, no small ones. His mom would be so upset if she found out, so he hides it from her.
  15. I would never play this game. I think that would be awful to get a tattoo of someone or something that you did not want. A tattoo is suppose to be special to you I think, and that would not be special to me.
  16. First off congrats. Second I think that is a wonderful idea. Any idea on what you would get? Will you and your wife get a matching tattoo to help you remember your special honeymoon? I love this idea of getting one or more tattoos on a honeymoon.
  17. I have never felt like this. I was super excited once I got mine done and can not wait to get more. I can understand how your wife feels about changing her body and females can be very hormonal.
  18. No issues for me. I work at an office. You can not see my butterfly on my lower back since it is always covered, and my wrist is easily covered with a watch or bracelet. And I usually wear capris or pants so my pawprints are covered as well.
  19. No I have never been called this. I will only go with really good tattoos or artists, and of course I have my favs. I only have 3 tats, but when someone shows me a tattoo, and I do not like the work or whatever, I may state that fact but I do not think that makes me snobbish.
  20. I like colored roses, red would have to be a fave of mine. I think that you can use them as a filler but they are equally beautiful anywhere on the body. I have considered getting one on my ankle, but then decided against it.
  21. I have always thought all of my tattoos through. I can not just go out and get one, I want it planned so I do not regret it.
  22. Does not make any difference to me if my man is tattooed or not. Right now my current boyfriend has a few tattoos, which I think is really cool. But if I were attracted to someone without tattoos, I would not let that stop me from dating them.
  23. My face I would not do. And I agree that tattoos on my breast are not for me. I would never put someone down for getting a tattoo there on the breast, but I just can not see myself doing that.
  24. I guess my tattoos have not really changed my life a whole lot. I love them, and they are nice conversation starters. Some may ask me why I got them or if they mean anything to me. I agree with you that I too feel awesome with them. I love them and am glad that I have them.
  25. Hello everyone on here. I am so excited to be a member of this community. It looks like a great one. I will start by introducing myself. I am tattooedgirl, or Amber if you must know my real name. I am 25 years old, and have 3 tattoos so far. They are of a cross on my left wrist, cat prints on right leg, and a butterfly on my lower back. Can not wait to get more as I feel that I am addicted to it now:)
