    If you want one get one, I've got a tattoo that some people could find historically racist but I think it's cool and nobody has ever said anything bad to me about it, actually most people say how nice it is

    @Cork thanks it's one of the first things I look for is dumbbells over 100lb and a good space for deadlifts. The way I see it if there isn't bigger weights than you can already lift what do you work towards apart from reps haha

    Had a month off training due to getting my knee tattooed and work stuff, it's pretty hard to motivate yourself after a day working outside in 33 degrees, but went back Monday nailed some reasonably heavy sumo deadlifts and yesterday hit 110 on incline dumbbell chest press, got me pretty excited to be back in the gym

    Just moved into a condo in Calgary with my girlfriend so I'd say I now live in Canada rather than just work here, and Todd noble just announced on Instagram that he's doing the Calgary tattoo and arts festival, so kind of feels like that was ment to be haha

    Are you booking in with Bez? His stuff is crazy not my style at all but I can really appreciate it, his stuff is pretty heavy detail, I always feel like 2-3 laser sessions will give your artist a lot more chance of creating something you will love rather than just covering it with something really dark

    Had franz stefanik put me through some pain yesterday, he was really fast and just a really nice bloke to get tattooed by, very happy with it and it dosnt look out of place next to my Santoro gorilla, he also did a butterfly on my girlfriends leg which I got her as a birthday present, which is always a win win I get a girlfriend with tattoos n she gets a new tattoo Obviously stolen from his Instagram, we all know how hard knee pics are to take

    Finally toronto has come around and I've just decided maybe I should get my other knee done, hadn't crossed my mind till I had a bath and had a eureka moment that it's a missing piece of the puzzle for the moment, walking around with one knee done feels very weird indeed
