    It is kind of the same thing with ours. She is getting larger but her height is the same. Even the vet basically said that it would be crap shoot as far as size is concerned. We took her at 7 weeks (we had her a week at that point) and she was 6.5 lbs. I took her back three weeks later for some more puppy shots and she was almost 12 lbs. I have to take her back next Friday so I will be interested to see how much weight she has gained since her last check up.

    The ditch is done on both of my arms. One arm has some wings that start on my inner forearm and sweep up and over into my ditch. I have this skull that I let my daughter pick out on the ditch of my right arm. The application of the tattoo itself wasn't bad at all in comparison to some other spots but the healing wasn't alot of fun. The tattoo was done by Robert Frazier in Winston Salem, NC.

    Thanks. She is the definition of a mutt but she is pretty awesome. The mom is a beagle/bassett hound/some sort of pitbull mix (that is where the short legs come from) and the dad is a Shar Pei (she has his curly tail). The only one that came out of the litter with predominantly Shar Pei features was the one male. This is a picture of the male and our puppy about a week after we got her when we took her back to visit.

    I am going to see King Dude and Ghost Sunday at the Lincoln in Raleigh. I am not sure that I even consider Ghost metal at this point but they are enjoyable nonetheless. I was able to see them several years ago when they opened for Opeth and Mastodon and they were fun as hell live. It should be fun to see them put on an extended set as headliners.

    Here is our puppy Penny. This was taken about a month ago; she would have been about 7 weeks or so at that point.

    Here are a couple of lady heads that I have. The first one is about 11 years old in the picture. The second one is a couple of days old and healing in that picture after I picked it up last summer (as you can tell by the scab on her upper lip). Both were done by Robert Frazier from Winston Salem, NC.

    This is our cat, Ludovic (Ludo). She will be 10 years old around August of this year. My wife found her in the ditch at a store in her hometown at only a few weeks old. We started dating a year later and the cat has been a my house ever since (even before the wife moved in). She is now having to adjust to our new puppy that we have had for a couple of days. It has been an interesting experience for the cat trying to adjust to having a dog in the house.

    I'm finally taking a moment to drop in and say hello. I've been lurking on a daily basis for over a year. Looking forward to no longer being a slacker and actually involving myself in some discussion around here.
