Jagged lines and smudged lines (extreme blowout?) sounds like bad technical capability which also would probably bring the designs quality into question too. You might want to post a picture. I'm sure there's plenty of people on here that would be a good authority on the matter of what you should do next.

I had actually made this account some 3 or 4 years ago and never really figured out how to use the website. I'm 19 and basically love all types of tattooing. I thought it would be nice to get to know some people on here so I don't feel too left out
