i drink cappucino and water w/lemon every day i eat at home, homemade food everyday(homecooked by my wife)

i was in Poland for a short vacation, i had a tattoo appointment, sat there for 7 hrs straight, never again, tattoo came out okay, just okay, def don't recommend long sittings like this
