Max- Here's a quick list of some threads on our tattoo forum/community where tattoo books have been suggested for both tattooers and tattoo collectors: Tattooer's Reference Libraries Tattoo Fonts, Tattoo Lettering & Tattoo Script Tribal Tattoos Religious and Spiritual Tattoos Russian Tattoo Designs Old Tattoo Photos Tattoo Archive Was tattooing as popular 100 years ago? Artist Sketch Books Tattoo Definitions Patrick asks a good question: In his thread about Tattoo Archive that no tattooers have answered. I don't know if this was missed or tattooers are opting to respect the site keeping it positive and just not weighing in which is appreciated! I do also know I have asked some questions as well that don't get answered so I always assume the two above answers as feasible so out of respect for the trade and love of tattooing I'll let them remain silent or weigh in positively and respectfully. Just so you know if you don't get many answers here. I do look forward to new books all the time so I can continue to learn to respect tattooing and its history and present more. As to the question on tattooers suggesting other tattooers both past and present that is all over the site and I won't put it all in one thread cause that would take the mystery and fun from reading each thread! Thanks in advance!!

Alanna, a lot of people are ranting about that show but haven't watched it yet, thanks for the link. Who has seen these two videos Gia posted: Tattoo Customer from HELL Video and/or Tattoo Robots I believe many others are still waiting for someone to post their own videos from their shops of the debauchery that really takes place in a tattoo shop sometimes. Who is going to break the ice?

Thanks. Though it is all you guys, LSTers, who have been so positive and giving to Scott and my tattoo project developing this community we are just stoked people are liking it! The content is amazing and endless/progressive minds of tattoo history and present day tattooing are taking part.

Checkout Shane MacGowan's right hand...did he run out of toilet paper? A lyrical mastermind though. I have always thought we would see Johnny Peebucks go down the same road as Shane in many ways.......

The best part Jake is no one realizes this but your sitting in your room downstairs and I'm upstairs in my room and we are communicating through LST. Every now and then we do yell at one another, "Check out......" or "Did you see????", we are only partially nerding out on here.

haha, great! We were just talking how he dropped the "Mr. Nice Guy" some years ago. He has a jesus drawing by Higgs at Temple titled "Freddy Jesus" as that's how his name would appear in Higgs appointment book back when Freddy got tattooed by him. They tried to get him to adopt it but he wasn't and isn't having it. I loved his shoutout to Oakland at the end of the interview!

Right on, yeah when I'm out that way I stay at a homies place right at the BQE near Union Pool. I will let you know next time I'm out! You ever eat at Dan's place, The Lodge? I eat there almost once a day when there. People always enjoy themselves there as there's so much going on, so wether or not you know about customs, hotrods, etc it doesn't matter...insanity at its finest! -
