    Glad you found your way via Sammy and as you were born and raised in the East Bay with a love for hardcore and a camera I can only imagine the amazing shots you got as there is some major history in the EB punk/hardcore. This rich history/scene influenced people from all over including my brother and I. Growing up in a small surfer/skater town in north county San Diego I know I was influenced by it and feel very fortunate to have experienced what I have from it and hope to give back to it for the rest of my life. Did you read Silke Tudor and Jack Boulware's book Gimme Something Better (gimmesomethingbetter.com)? Please bring your knowledge, research on both subjects and share with us, when you're ready of course! Thanks again and until next time.... Lochlan

    Jill thanks and I look forward to reading/seeing your and other accounts on how the weekend unfolds including the big rematch between Nick and Scott. Nick, I heard there are flyers floating around and the bookies are already taking bets? Scott, is in an undisclosed empty warehouse training with Cody and Juan studying the film from the first mashup, for reals though. I just realized it is a grad school weekend full of classes so I will be unable to attend, motherfucking school. Anyways, thanks for keeping those of us who can't make it educated on what is guaranteed to be a great weekend!!

    Good morning and once again thanks Shane for contributing to our new project in a fashion we have yet gotten into by starting a new arena on tattoo machines. I comprehend very very little of what you are saying but am in awe to all of it! I am learning about tattoo machines from assisting Scott build them but this is purely as a friend helping a friend so he directs and I do asking questions along the way here and there never planing to let them leave as I do not want to disrespect the craft that I know many have bleed, schemed, welded, and tinkered away on for decades. So I remain zipper lipped not that I really have that much to say on this manner but in awe of the tattooers that are so dedicated to learning and knowing as much as they can about everything tattoo related. Thanks and I look forward to your writing as well as the other tattooers that are machinist and tattoo historians giving me and other readers some insight in to just how much you love what you do!!!!
