  1. Good evening Fox and Lizzie. Check out this thread as some people touched on traveling with tattoo equipment and it may be helpful. http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/tattooforum/threads/20-Traveling-with-tattoos Would love to continue to hear more on this from people......
  2. HAHA, this tattoo video is funny as hell! From the lady to wondering why this guy needs to film his tattooing. Thanks Gia.

  8. What are your favorite movies? Are you able to watch them over and over or just one time? How do you watch movies? HBO, Showtime, and/or another TV station? Netflix? Movie Theaters? Video Stores? Or ????? I'm a sucker for James Bond films and can watch them over and over and own every single one.
  9. What shows do you watch regularly on TV and/or Netflix? For me it is Criminal Minds, Dexter, Modern Family, and Iron Chef. What are yours?????
  10. Everyone "knows" what tribal tattoos are or do they? Were they highjacked by a passing trend and morphed by pop culture leaving a bad taste and stigmas behind? Or did they stay true to their origin? What is their origin? I know some people on here, Last Sparrow Tattoo, have mentioned they like tribal tattoos and miss tattooing them. I also know at least a handful of popular tattooers who honestly say they like tribal tattoos and miss them as well. So how about an honest attempt to educate customers and the larger public on tribal tattoos with both their history and what they can look like? How about any good books on them? Good books on Maori tattoos? Upload pictures of "good" tribal tattoos? Bring it and take the ownership back from pop culture or if you want nothing to do with it don't weigh-in!
  11. For who ever wishes to jump in and voice their opinions.......... Since no one will jump in I will. I think the bigger tattoos the better mixed with originality. I was looking around Thomas Hoopers Blog today , and have always been amazed with his work plus the fact that he is one damn nicest guys you will ever meet. However, looking at the stuff he just posted, a new level has been reached in my mind. Back pieces that are not on the back but on various parts of the bodies. Sort of like japanese tattoos and/or maori tattoos but a modern twist. Speaking of which what are tattooers calling his and a few others style/genre of tattoos right now? They are clearly spiritual but also geometrical mixed with animals, fuc'n twisted but amazing. So there's my thoughts, what are yours?

Wow the colors in the bird are nice! Can we see a close up of it?
  14. Cool, thanks Jason. As for the oyster po' boy hells yeah I had one or more! Plus an alligator one and some other variations! If ever given the opportunity to own properties New Orleans will be one of them hands down. Like I said I don't even drink and the debauchary was an earthquake of radical!!! NO is one hell of a town.
  15. I really enjoyed reading this tattoo blog and the tattoo pictures are awesome with the time machine, thanks.

    Cool, thanks again for sharing!
  17. Everyone see Dean's latest blog topic? Punk Rock and Tattoos Thought it may interest some people in this thread.
  18. Flower tattoos are awesome in my opinion but I am a sucker for a good rose so I wanted to start a thread strictly for roses and hope to see some new and old awesomeness. Roses and words are probably the most reoccurring tattoos on me and I continue to hope to add more. So here's a few questions on rose tattoos but please feel free to expand in your own way and don't let the questions limit you: -Who does the best rose tattoos and roses tattoo in your opinion? -Colored or black and grey roses? -Best spot for rose tattoos? -Rose or roses as the centerpiece or better filler or D all of the above? -What makes or breaks a rose tattoo? -????? Thanks for sharing your tattoo stories, tattoo pictures, and tattoo opinions!

  21. Great topic Dean as I'm sure you could tell from my long ass response that I tried to keep short. Here's the link for anyone who hasn't found Dean's new blog: Punk Rock and Tattoos
  22. Is this possible? I mean you feel every tattoo in some way or another from like a paper cut to like a being stabbed to like someone kicking you to ??? But bottom line some spots hurt less than others and for those looking for the least painful spots where would that most likely be and why?
