This is going to be cool to watch this process of removing it then getting a good back piece tattoo. Thanks for taking the time to share this process and including pictures. By the way was this tattoo a cover up of two previous tattoos that I see under on each shoulder blade?

The other night at the omni hotel in downtown LA I ate at their restaurant noe and it was amazing. I had an artichoke and burrata salad with sea salt then the duck breast and froi gras with pears....mmmmm Right now eating the housemade granola, berries yogurt at the standard in hollywood in bed and it is one of the best yogurt breakfast i've had Demian introduced me to a taco truck in eagle rock monday night called rambos and the al pastor, carne asada, and carnitas were top notch

I'm in LA again right now and hoping to get some free time to go by some tattoo shops. There are tons but some that really really impress me! Here is a blog post I wrote from being in LA last month and my day off. I really want to go to Spotlight but I don't think time and distance is going to allow it..... Good morning.....if you or anyone has a question please don't hesitate to email any of us if you don't feel like putting it out there publicly. Yes, we get a bunch but it comes with the territory. As for the new post, it is one of the various spam features we have in place for newcomers. I would imagine it is frustrating, however, our intentions are hopefully making other frustrations retire..it blocks a shit load of spam... Normally I am on every few hours but some new contracts have me on the road a bunch over the next month and looking likely longer. With that being said it was one of the reasons we decided to add our first moderator, Hogg, and are working on some of the backend stuff so he can help us out with some extra hands and eyes. In the upper right side of every page you're on when signed in look at your notifications dropbox for messages, likes, etc. Once again thanks for sticking with us as we work on our efficiency and effectiveness.

This is where we have a great opportunity to not go the way other forums either started or went.....we hope LSTers will chose the respectful, educational, and positive path or just ignore the post/thread. Tough gals/guys, grandiosity, and attitudes need not apply to LST.....

I'm in and out of town for august with more potential time on the road the next few months with some other contracts so set a date and if I'm around I'll be there! Of course I'm gone for the art show...dope! Blackheart blog has been posting sneak peeks often.... Cody Miller's huge piece I want!

....our new moderator Hogg! We are really stoked to have him be our first moderator and think he'll be a great fit. He'll work with a lot of the day to day stuff like I have been doing (and will continue to do) since we launched the site I just need some extra eyes and hands. Last night we had our Team LST meeting then today looking around the site and thinking about how we are not even a year old yet I just want to express how grateful I and the rest of Team LST are for all of your contributions!! We set out on this not really knowing where we were going but we had a map with some ideas of places and things we'd like to visit to try and put out a more reliable, positive, and respectful resource then what was available online so off we went...... We have learned a lot in less than a year while seeing, reading, and hearing daily in our interactions on the site and off. We have our meetings and throw ideas around knowing some are pipe dreams while others are possible fast or in due time yet you all keep us motivated. We will continue to work to up the ante on this weird relationship/battle/dance between the internet and tattoos. We hope you will continue to do the same.....Thank You!
