Thanks much. My kids are a trip, all of them. They can ride, shoot, wrench, fight...read, write, make a living, all that good stuff, AND they appreciate good tattooing! Tell ya what, I hate to say it out loud, but I'm proud as hell of all my kids, and love them more than I can say.

Ughhhh just got my foot done. Taking advantage of the holidays off from work but it is swollen and still hurts like hell

Is There any other way besides freehand with the tat2 "gun" hahaha ;)

4th hit on my back. 7 hours on veil and leaves. Once healed veil will be an opaque grey to distinguish from the black and grey background, everything under the veil will be boosted once healed aswell,Thanks.

This is the tattoo I ended up getting instead of a verse done in text. Hebrews 6:19-7:2 would be the reference. When I thought of it I didn't really realize that anchor tattoos were so common, but I realize it's a classic image so I'm glad I went with it anyway.

I really never considered this a traditional tattoo site, but more a quality tattoos site. Traditional is the sense maybe that we talk about people who have established themselves in the tattoo world, more than recent trends in tattoo design. Although some would say getting traditional tattoos is kind of in style right now, others would say they never go out of style. But ultimately I think people who do quality work in any style get a fair amount of respect here.
But I guess this site can be a lot of different things to a lot of different people and regardless of how we see it, we all seem to be a fan of some of the stuff discussed here.

Wassap guys, im new here to this site. Finally a quality tattoo forum. Ive been getting tattooed for around 4 years, my first was a cross by Dan Santoro. Ive been getting tattooed by various artists in the NY area, most of my tattoos have been from Kyle Sajban out of Red Rocket Tattoo and my left arm sleeve is currently in progress by Rodrigo Melo of North Star Tattoo. Awesome tattoos in this thread.
I have 2 sleeves as of now, I dont have any good pics of my right arm sleeve unfortunately, just old pictures. Heres some pics of my chest and my left bicep, which I had a session on yesterday. Two koi fishes on my left arm with some peonies and cherry blossoms.

I am Tiffany, a 32 year old insurance analyst living in Tampa, FL. I am originally from the burbs of Cleveland Ohio... went to college in BFE PA, then grad school in Atlanta, GA (Go yellowjackets!). After a short stint in Missouri, I moved back to Ohio for a few years and now I am down in the sunny south. I've been here for over 4 years now and don't plan to leave anytime soon. My husband and I adopted a (slightly) deranged dog this past year and are looking into buying a house when our lease is up (sadly, not for awhile).
In my free time I like to knit/crochet (I am awesome at it), visit theme parks (big Disneyphile), and go to my 2 fave local bars/eating spots (where we spend way too much money and know too many of the people). We also love travel and take way too many cruises (leaving this Saturday, in fact, on our 10th Disney cruise)! Weird combination, probably.
I got my first tattoo on my 25th bday... my stepfather bought it as my gift (noone should pay for their first!). I got a couple more within a year or so... all small... and then got busy and didn't get anymore until last October. Now I have several more with ones definitely planned. I just like the art of it... also, my skin is very pale and shows veins and imperfections really well so I like to cover that up.

I know I don't have a chance but I've been dying to finally put a picture in one of the competitions

Hey everybody, new to the site. Got my first tattoo 7 years ago right when I turned 18. Thing is a pos that I wish I would have actually put thought into, but at least its fairly small and is hidden. Since then I've gotten 5 more. The two that I like the best are my Nightmare Before Christmas tattoo on my side and my Alice in Wonderland on my arm. Both by the same artist in VA. So... yea, just stopping in to introduce myself and say whats up.

I shot an email off to David to set up an appointment! Squee!
