Just saw your pics!! My husband has Lock, Shock, and Barrel in the same pose!! His aren't wearing the masks tho :) He also has a Jack w/pumpkin and a Zero... but where is your Sally??? :)

I'm sure noone here is impressed but I finished all my Christmas gift crafting... the final item was a hot pink afghan. Maybe more awesome... I started packing for my cruise that leaves in 3 days (which we plan to be on so long as the trial my husband is a jury member on ends)

That is looking good too! I love when the arms go up onto chest and/or back. I want to do that with mine but I have something small on the back now :/
-
Welcome! I love the chest piece and the lady head :)

My side (ribs) was baaaad but I only got a small piece there so it was short. Lots of involuntary shudders due to nerves. For actual pain the back of my calf has been the worst so far... it was a much longer session and the artist was heavy handed. The knee seems like it will be pretty awful... it's coming up soon :-/

Definitely!! I am really in love with your style... so geometric (I am a mathy type so...)!

I don't research every company I patronize... but if I do hear something about a company that I disagree with (in a big way), I research to make sure that's true and, if it is, I no longer patronize that company. If my company was shady, I would definitely look for other work... not only because I disagreed but shady companies seem like they could easily fail and leave me high and dry!

Hello!! I really like the work you have in your gallery and would definitely come in if I was in the area. Welcome!

Hi all. I am slowly finding my away around this little space on the inet you've carved out. I am Tiffany, a 32 year old insurance analyst living in Tampa, FL. I am originally from the burbs of Cleveland Ohio... went to college in BFE PA, then grad school in Atlanta, GA (Go yellowjackets!). After a short stint in Missouri, I moved back to Ohio for a few years and now I am down in the sunny south. I've been here for over 4 years now and don't plan to leave anytime soon. My husband and I adopted a (slightly) deranged dog this past year and are looking into buying a house when our lease is up (sadly, not for awhile). In my free time I like to knit/crochet (I am awesome at it), visit theme parks (big Disneyphile), and go to my 2 fave local bars/eating spots (where we spend way too much money and know too many of the people). We also love travel and take way too many cruises (leaving this Saturday, in fact, on our 10th Disney cruise)! Weird combination, probably. I got my first tattoo on my 25th bday... my stepfather bought it as my gift (noone should pay for their first!). I got a couple more within a year or so... all small... and then got busy and didn't get anymore until last October. Now I have several more with ones definitely planned. I just like the art of it... also, my skin is very pale and shows veins and imperfections really well so I like to cover that up.

Hi Sarah! :) -
Hi! I'd love to see those... My husband has his whole arm Nightmare themed! Welcome :)
-
I shot an email off to David to set up an appointment! Squee!
-
Thank you! I am quite pleased with how it turned out and especially love where I had it placed, specifically. :)

How do you feel about tattoo blogs?
Tifffany replied to Delicious's topic in General Tattoo Discussion
LOL I have 2 sugar skulls... so do they cancel each other out or am I doubly racist? I love when people look for things to be upset about. -
Love the pond concept! Will be interesting to see how it comes out

Hi Kory!! I'd like to see what you have done so far. :) Welcome!
-
Welcome!!! I too am interested in what your plans include :)
-
I will try to find it! My husband has several and is now working on a Nightmare Before Christmas sleeve. :) - - - Updated - - - I saw it! Very pretty... looks like she still has some color to go? What does the banner say? That was a BIG tattoo she got there... :)
-
Sounds pretty :) I love those pieces that are composed ahead of time
-
I love it!! It looks so feminine and intentional and interacts well with the text :)
-
Thanks! Yeah, I might... I do like the color. Will probably do a greyscale background to make it pop. I have 2 others I am planning too - LOL. I am going to be busy for awhile! I keep telling my husband I am going to get a joy buzzer tattoo'ed on my palm to add a little fun to life but he says NO! ;)
-
Wow far drive!! Will you be making that again to go see him? Did you make that travel to see a specific artist? Definitely get more sleep next time! I always get super nervous right before but as soon as the first line starts I'm better. Major butterflies. I made headway last time and when my artist asked if I was ready I said "yes" instead of "no"... lol I am going on vacation in 9 days so I am healing up now. Then when I get back I am going to pop in and try to schedule something about a week out. I have a small space left on my leg (above the pineapple) that I want to fill with a tiki. I am also planning on putting some rope around my ankle with an anchor on my foot to cover some scars (that are still healing) and also to kind of define the end of the work. After that I am going to start above the knee but not sure if I want to keep it similar or maybe flip it and go back and grey with the knee as a transition, But I am thinking of hear/speak/see no evil skulls... sugar skulls if I stay with color. I am not set on that idea yet tho.

I am going to be getting a tiki to fill the empty spot on my calf. I don't have it planned out too much yet - my thought is to let my artist decide how it should be since he has a specific space to work with. Then I need to decide what I want above my knee...
