Hey on the topic of tattooing over scars. Does anyone know artists who are good at tattoo cover ups in the MA region? I have some healed, but still visible scars I would love to get rid of.

I am a college student in Providence RI. I have always wanted tattoos and started getting them this summer (able to afford nice tattoos at last). I now have three and am interested in being part of the larger community.

Also I am looking for any info on tattooing over scars, specifically good artists in the New England area.
