  1. Kev if your looking to gain muscle I suggest you train like a power-builder ,this is how the biggest dudes do it.Looking at your programme the isolation or shaping movements are treated to low reps max 6 which is ineffective for these areas which respond to high reps .Calves for example don't even wake up at less than 20 reps unless you already have cows on the back of your legs .Hit your compound lifts like a power-lifter but train your isolation or shaping exercises like a body-builder strict n slow and not always to failure.Lighten the weights and get the blood in that area .
  2. @Cu-Bu check out Aaron Colemans work at Immaculate ,he does serious damage in that style-colour also.
  3. Cool pics ,that last fellow is very fortunate to have that clipper ship, but far less so when it came to his name lol.
  4. @Duffa over 10 years and and another 10 year tour in your land , Oz .
  5. @Duffa you forget i'm a Kiwi .However a decent spell in London drinking tea and crumpets has cleansed my hate and in the words of Samuelle Brigante "I've been rehabilitated, reinvigorated, reassimilated and finally relocated ".Picture classic court scene in Carlittos way .

  7. i used to think the training-tattoos combo related back to the days in body-building when you got marked down for tattoos .
  8. Hi Shannon ,you first alerted me to Martin when I read your blog, obviously I was aware of GTC and sourced him out .He seems real low key and a really great tattooer who is my first choice for future stuff . Hes working at Exclusive tattoos in Street ,Somerset although End of Trails seems to have followed him too as I saw a recent dream catcher he did !!

  9. Back to the tattoos it always puzzles me why guys that care so much about their physiques go the bro tat route ,it only reinforces stereotypes and is very sad when your outside the loop.Perhaps its cause people haven't been exposed to the alternatives ,so if your reading this for the training stuff and want to be a step ahead of the rest of the pack -check this shit out ! Tattoo by Horizakura NY Adorned .
  10. Interesting point about muscle soreness @hogg ,I very rarely experience this and it varies greatly from person to person .I don't feel it relates to nutrition or even workout intensity and is something of an unknown quantity, people sit on both sides of the fence on this .
  11. Theo's Wizard and distinctive dragon for me has shades of Greg Irons magic ,my personal favourite by a long shot.
  12. @Cork great advice about the core training for a smaller waist,Ursula and any one else can using weights on your mid-section .The abs along with every other muscle will grow with resistence most body-builders don't even train them for that reason ,but if you do use BW and high numbers or broomstick twists .
  13. Thats a fantastic start with great results , nothing changes your body composition like weight training and women respond better than men. Don't worry about getting bigger as its very unlikely given your build and the absence of lots of food, protein and really heavy weights ,the more muscular and defined you are will make you look bigger but is more an illusion than anything .You' re at the point now to move away from machines-cables etc and focus on free-weights which build better muscle tie-ins,mental concentration ,balance , exercise technique amongst other things and you are sure to relish the challenge .One other thing totally forget about the weight of an exercise concentrate on exercise technique and the way a movement feels and always use the strictest form-get crazy OCD on this as your body doesn't know pounds only stress on the muscle.

  20. I understand your comment @Stewart Robson and from my perspective have wondered how the artists feel about this .I'm not sure bout others on here but I have few opportunities to mix with tattooers or even others of like mind to people on this site ,for that reason I often find and post pics cause I'm so impressed ,blown away and every other adjective known to man in an effort to share with my "mates " so to speak.I did used to try to elaborate on the piece with comnment but came to think maybe I was being wanky like I had right to comnment or something so often just posted the artists name ,never meaning to diss anyone.
