Agreed ,but sometimes in this age of neutrality its also cool for members to get medi-evil and vent their frustrations .Shit doesn't affect me but when our homies are involved we all get our backs up.

Its kind of the rock n roll "better to burn out than fade away "philosophy vs the zen ,jedi shit about taking your time .I intend to be fit, training and getting tattooed right up to the end and although money is my main limiting factor right now its probably for the best cause I constantly change my mind lol.

Respect and fair play to you also Sully for looking out for yours. However playing the old school/new school card is also very lame ,real old school know that the old days were not all they were cracked up to be .I know a debilitating illness does not hamper one from using a computer ,defending themselves or on occaision drawing .I don't understand you attacking the credibility of this site or indeed posting your name in capitals ?

A good test Petri is to half your weights on all supplementary exercises like flyes, curls, laterals and so on ,whilst at the same time upping your reps and performing the movement slower and stricter.Give it a month and watch your physique and strength improve .Low reps on stuff like laterals just works lower back, traps if anything and theres no point as you've already gone down that road with your power stuff. -
That looks like the work of Horirodg ,shame he didn't use his tebori set.
