  2. Most obvious question -how many grams of carbs are you having per day ?
  3. The concept of a one shot /Japanese style /handled in a traditional manner sure makes for some of the strongest looking tattoos .These guys are kinda picking up the ball from a lot of Malone's stuff and flipping it ,really enjoyed this episode .
  4. @CultExciter check out Kev's and Rory's posts in this thread numbers 3 and 4 , I really like Kev's routine and would condense it to 3 days and pick the bones of it suit you starting out .
  5. Lately been trippin on Greg Irons throwbacks .First by Josh Arment at Aloha Monkey and the later ,dude can be found in the vicinity of the infamous Spotlight snake sign ask for Grant Cobb.
  6. @hogg On another level 225 on the bench represents a psychological barrier for a lot a lifters in effect much like the sub 4-minute mile ,you can get caught up on benching and particulary numbers .Try switching to DBs for a cycle and hitting different angles by pressing up as normal but at the finish twisting em and touching at the middle ,one thing I noticed early on is that all great benchers swear by DBs .Now approach your military press like your bench concentrating on increasing the weight and getting stronger on this movement ,follow up with front DB raises for raw power .
  7. If you look at the structure of the really big benchers they tend to be under 5-10 with short levers and deep barrel chested . I'm more your height and my triceps were also exceptionally strong with pulling movements much more my forte ,therefore I reasoned that I needed to really hit my front delts , I added front raises and gave shoulders more priority .
  8. Whatever your mantra - through out all times the discipline of training has been one of the few constants in my life. Mostly It builds a self-belief that lasts, I think because its one thing that solely you are responsible for the outcome .
  9. Dangerous duo Cu-Bu, makes tacking on '' don't tread on me '' a little too obvious .
  10. Heres a styling heads up to all my O.G. American homies -unfortunately these are not available in the U.K.http://www.greenspans.com/*Pre-Order*-Greenspan-s-Pendleton-Cascade-Collaboration/View-all-products.html
  11. Check out Chriss Dettmer, the black hole ,Hamburg I posted a link to his blog in the tattooers deserving recognition thread .He to has a private studio.
  12. @hogg ,hope your not discounting the T Mindell -unicorn,castle and wizard sheet ,that one is so badass.
  13. Ritchie Clark does super solid traditional and some awesome patriotic stuff ,this may not be your thing but I'm a foreigner and I'd wear it.
  14. Bum rush LST member Scott Boyer's site ,pretty safe to say this is set to become a classic. Yellow Beak Press
  15. @Kev Between 200 lb -215 ,as I didn't consistently weigh myself or use it to track my progress thats an approximate .The only time I measured body-fat I was easy into single digits albeit on calibers ,also I didn't really regard figures and trusted the mirror as a guide and the brutal advice of one person .Its a kind optical illusion and funny to hear shit like people debating the size of Arnies arms .
  16. @Scott R As we are in the early courtship stages its only fair I tell you I don't really look like this any more ,shame really cause wifey would gladly get shot of me for a night .
  17. I recall an interview with Ed Hardy when he described himself as "Stock standard on the outside ,but stripped down under-neath the bonnet ,like a hot-rod "
  18. You guys asked so I'll make no apologies for the gratuitous speedo shots.
  19. Sweet sson .You are rolling like a tattooed Steve McQueen .
