You should always wait at least two weeks before continuing on the same tattoo. Make sure you let it heal completely before continuing which any tattoo artist would have or should have known that though. Im sorry you’re going through that. I’m dealing with the same type of issue except mine is on the inside of wrist and the person who did it went way to deep and was very heavy handed
