    Just some biology if you take a cross section of the skin and supporting structure you will see that it will be harder for an artist to stretch the skin. One additional note the cellular structure is also larger in most cases meaning the pores of the skin are larger so I would recommend working with a bigger design. Remenber it is your life and a tattoo can never be taken from you not even in death.

    I am looking for some ideas to commemorate my passage thru the canal any pics would be nice only working with 4 by 4 inch on a otherwise full sleave
