What is weird about this question?

I know but i dont want my tattoo to stretch out when i gain muscle in some years

I want to get a tribal sleeve tattoo shown in the last 2 pictures below. I am just worried that as my physique progresses, that my tattoo will be ruined by my shoulders and arms increasing in size. My goal physique is also similar thr the guy below. Picture 1-3 is me currently
