Hello, I got a new tattoo of some sunflowers on my arm last October. It healed well and has been doing good. But every so often a part of it(never the same part) will start to burn and then raise up. It doesn't last extremely long but has happened enough times I'm getting concerned. Has anyone had this happen before and should I be worried? Thank you.
