Hey, I'm Evan. this is my second tattoo so I'm still pretty new to it. I got it at the start of Feb and while it's mostly healed I've got these weird kinda spots of what look likes bruising??? I contacted the tattoo artists and they said they didn't know what it was but it should probably fade, which isn't the most helpful... Just wondering if anyone has had similar
