So the doctors believe you already had sarcoidosis... And the granulomas are a side effect, that for some odd reason like black ink?? Just trying to make sure I understood your post correctly. 🙃 Because my bumps that I just noticed today are exactly like yours... And for maybe the last week and possibly previously if this is what it is....I have been having chest pain that I was totally freaking out about and being paranoid and thought was my heart, but in looking into sarcoidosis, it frequently affects your lungs!! So maybe I have some inflamed visitors in my lungs... Will definitely go to the doc ASAP, thanks for sharing your info. 😁
