My next big piece is damn only in the beginning of September 2020. Six back to back days with Roman Abrego, can't wait for that and that's in almost a year and a half from now! And that's the downside to having appointments so long ahead. xD

How is everyone doing? So I am about to make 6-8 appointments with Dasha for a full back piece and was really surprised to hear they are asking for 400€ deposit for each appointment, as the whole appointment's price is 800€. Isn't it a little weird? I mean I would have got it if the session's price was higher, but that's 50% deposit. Just to make it clear, I got 6 appointments ahead with Roman which I paid 200$ deposit for each of them, but every session is 2-3k so I would get it even it the deposits were higher. That's less than 10% compared to 50%. Would thank you guys to here your thoughts about the subject.

Personality I feel like coloring large areas is the moat painful part, tho it might be just cus I had a 8.5 hours coloring session xD.

I kinda relate with that xD But I am kind of used to enjoying pain I have "earned" throw hard work. No idea have long were you sessions but after 6+ hours it starts getting annoying unless you got a good talk or listening to music.

Well, that's really up to your specific artist. There is no objective answer to that. Just let your artist know before they start tatting you.

Well, the rose was done pretty good, then don't see a reason not to. It would look the best as if both roses will be close looking to each other.

Well, there is no one answer to it, as every artist's pace and amount of details and layers of ink can vary a lot. One could finish all this area in 6 hours and other would have given it 4 sessions. As I see it, most of the times fast doesn't mean good, and if I were you I would have looked in order to find an artist that you really fall in love with his works and suffer whatever time needed in order to get your perfect tattoo. With the right hand this piece can be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Basically you don't have to but it would be better waiting a little bit if they are really irritating. Send a photo of your forearm, just in case.

Thanks so much for your reply, I really appreciate it and agree with you that the three of them are mental artists on this specific type of art. I am pretty sure it is the easiest for me dropping Matias and Dasha out of my list so 5 left, it's getting somewhere! xD
