  1. Younger kids and parents have the internet educational advantage these days. May kids are 36 and 29 now, so when they showed an interest they mostly had to stumble into it like I did. No major mistakes, so that's nice.
  2. For those 1st couple of days when you're still pretty tender, get a washcloth or larger sized piece of soft cloth (t-shirt material, for instance), soap it up a bit and grab it behind your back with both hands (one hand up by one shoulder, and the other down by the opposite waist). From there you can softly wash your own back.
  3. Here's a teaser. All the linework on my left leg is complete, and some of the dots/shading - but quite a bit of both remain. I've got another 10-12 hrs booked for April and June - so I'm hoping by end of summer I'll have a completed and healed half squid pant. - - - Updated - - - Whoa. Sorry about the huge photo.
  4. Soooo . . . am I missing the post regarding the outcome?

    Hello

Welcome! Any indications regarding choosing an artist yet?
  6. Here's to your surgeon being a gifted stich-er. Best of luck
  7. Wendy is quite approachable - but she travels a lot. If you're into blackwork - Daniel is really good, too LEITBILD
  8. Mr. Justice does nice work. You should be happy with the outcome. Randy at Eye Candy did my back.
  9. Ha. More than likely, if you'd have switched it around you'd have found that the right side was more sensitive. Probably just a 2nd day in a row thing . . .

Welcome. Sounds like a nice plan.
  11. Nice collection, and welcome!
  12. Mardi Gras, here. I got gifted with being a rider in Endymion. Got to make a lot of people smile on Saturday.
  13. Wifey got her 2nd session done earlier in the week. Picture stolen from the obvious source . . .
  14. 3.5 hours to Berlin . . . Wendy Pham | Tattoo Art in Berlin
  15. Pictures or it didn't happen.
  16. Certainly, but most of the ones I've seen involved more modern styles outside of the black area. Can't say I've seen anyone mix blackout with Japanese.
  17. Rhode Island? Ron Henry Wells.
  18. That's quite an abrupt mix, and is hard to picture. Personally, I'd be trying to face some more laser down the road . . .
  19. Sessions 3+4 on Monday and Tuesday with Sir Hooper. Gonna have a serious crankle on Wednesday.
