  1. @AverageJer is right. Also, 1st = figure out what kind of style (artwork) you prefer 2nd = figure out which artists that are within your travel area can rock that style 3rd = discuss design and placement options with that (or those) artist(s) you are headed in the right direction.
  2. welcome. looking forward to seeing some of your work and collection.
  3. 6 months should normally be enough time, from what I've heard. Have you asked the artist about it?

    Need help!

somebody else was just asking about space tattoo artists just last week . . .

    Hey Everyone!

Yep. probably not a problem at all. post a picture, here is fine.
  7. I am not a tattooist - but this topic has been discussed on the forum in the past - but for your guidance there are a couple of (or a few?) tattooists who are experimenting with putting white *on top* of black - so if you were nearby to one of them they would 1st need to put MORE black into your space. The other aspect of white ink is that with some people it doesn't stay white - it turns yellow or light brown. No way to predict that.
  8. The use of white in doesn't work the same for everyone.
  9. space tattoos can make great cover-ups. I can't vouch for who has experience or examples of space tattoos in your area, but you do have some awesome tattooists within easy reach of you, including at least: Mitch Moses the drown town Chad Lenjer https://www.instagram.com/challenjer/ Black Anvil in Fort Wayne black-anvil-tattoo You'll probably get some more candidates from others on the forum here, too.
  10. certainly, but would there be more in common with us than what you would find with any other group that celebrates other forms of art (or music, or dance, or other creative endeavor)?
  11. welcome! post some pictures of what you've got -
  12. Your "friend" didn't do you any favors. If you don't want a big black space on your arm I'd recommend some laser work.

    hello

welcome, and hold you hand steady!
  14. You'll probably have to go fairly large, but otherwise should have good options. Subject matter is something you'll have to figure out. Possibilities are infinite. Agreed = where are you, so we can recommend good shops/artists?
  15. @Guerillaneedles = probably healing slower predominantly due to less blood circulation at the end of extremities.
  16. hello, and welcome. check out the "stickey"s, as they will guide you to forum rules and guidelines. Nice eagle!
  17. welcome, and join the addiction!
  18. excellent, welcome - and let's see both some of your work and your collection! Wendy and Mitch have been on my short list for some time now . . .
  19. are you going to want to stay out of the water?
