  1. Well, many tattoos depict one type of profound revelation or another - and doing it with tiny tattoos is just one way of getting started, I guess. On the other hand the subtitles in that video are often inane. I'm curious who they think their demographic is . . .

    Hello Everyone!

Welcome. If it was me (and it's not), I would adjust your 1st intention to studying a variety of capable artists, learning who rocks the style of art you want to portray, and who is capable of pulling off. Then approach the artist with the idea. Adjustment(s) to their eventual drawing is part of the process. They should be used to it.

    welcome. and pictures, please.

  5. I like to follow Henk and Louise. Welcome!
  6. picking the right artist is going to be key to you're being forever happy with the result.

    Hello!

definitely willing to help, but need some clue about what you want and where you are located.
  9. Invest some time, money and pain in 3-4 laser treatments. It will infinitely open up possibilities for a reputable artist to cover it properly and neatly.
  10. It's just not responsible to perpetuate "alternatives to apprenticeship" (ie: scratching) at all - but especially on the internet, where literally anybody who can barely read can get "educated" on how to do damage to some other poor soul.
  11. When practical - I'm in a 100% agreement with you.
  12. I hear ya - most art is personal expression in the end, but "categorizing" helps with people describing to others what they can't yet see (or hear, if we're categorizing music "styles").
  13. High school nickname was Stu, so I'm another one who had to morph from a 3 letter name to something more. Why not make it sound like a snake is saying it?
  14. Chris ODonnell just posted that he and 2 other artists are physically working with the legislature on fixing the wording. The Govt seems to be open to adjustments that would make sense.
  15. that depends on what you're starting with and what you want to do with it. Mine took 4, and here's the story: http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/tattoo-removal-coverup/3946-another-laser-chronicle.html
