  2. @Colored Guy Lol. Sex accidents resulting in a bad day? Hmmm . . . highs and lows.
  3. Yep, that piece doesn't have enough contrast. You need to learn something about what a tattoo can be and how it will last. Hang around here for a few months and you should get the idea.
  4. so are the pictures in some other thread?
  5. his portraits are starting to get there . . .
  6. not unusual from my perspective. I've got about 75% coverage but none on my forearms.

    Hello all!

Craig can do american traditional. Check out the owl here: http://heartofgoldtattoo.com/craig-secrist/ Austin Jones is another of my favorites, but he's more neo-traditional https://www.instagram.com/austinxjones/?hl=en
  12. Right. When you did your consult 6 months ago, did you follow it up with an e-mail or other written account of what you were expecting?
  13. I disapprove of your worry. Now you won't ever be able to sleep again!!
  14. bounce the idea off of Jeremy, for sure . . .
  15. link shows a mixed bag. in the end, you've gotta go with your gut. and be patient.
  16. I dunno about mountains - but vines, a couple more roses and a setting sun in the middle would be cool.
  17. Marquette thing didn't work out?
  18. It'll largely depend on the abilities of the particular artist. I'd think that most would want to start at least half again as big as what I'm seeing here.

welcome. Indeed there is a wealth of info available here. Not likely you'll get any drawings here. One of the things you'll learn here is how to go about recognizing styles and the artists who master them. That is who should be drawing for you (eventually) Be patient
  20. Yes, and no. We've heard some bad experiences from folks who have used some of the trendy "tattoo specific" aftercare products - so we aren't sure what exactly you're using. Personally - I don't put anything at all on and into a fresh open wound. Others here do, but you've got to be careful what you put on a new tattoo.
  21. 2 days ago? You don't have any healed areas. Meantime just be patient and give it a month. Lotion is optional.
  22. An entire leg is certainly enough room to artfully put together a whole "sleeve" of 6-8 portraits - you just need to find the right artist and make the commitment. I don't really follow portraiture myself, so I can't help you with artists who specialize in such, but Colorado (especially Denver) is chock full of tattooists. Do some research on send us links for opinions/insight.
