  1. I got it at Target in a 2-pack for $10.50, normally goes for $12 a tube. Been using it on some very new ink which shows no deep tanning so it works. CG
  2. I'm using a Neutrogena 45 on my ink. It goes on milky and then goes clear and stays on even in salt water and chlorine. Been using it all summer and it doesn't whiten any of my tattoos. CG
  3. A jacked chick is apt to do ANYTHING... I rest my case. CG
  4. Very cool, like something you see on silk prints or those screen panels. Probably have to hit some real art books as reference. CG
  5. How long did it take to count the 2500 tattoos and how did they know they were a year old? CG - - - Updated - - - The fuckers gonna have a picnic when they dig some of us up.. she has no tramp stamp, big dissapoint.... CG
  6. I got this song stuck in my head, Van Morrison's "Brown Eyed Girl"....... CG - - - Updated - - - I was thinking E myself.. deffo a bit jacked.....
  7. That would have probably have worked since the guy was a pussy.... I guess nobody was packing there at all. CG
  8. Shooting people comes easy.. its WTF to do with the body that is the problem. A dumpster is good, but would involve some planning to pull off without being seen. CG
  9. The whole thing was over fast, hardly enough time to assess what was going on unless you were trained for it. CG
  10. No, not Computer Associates, I do know people that work there though. A very structured place. CG - - - Updated - - - I work for a "no clue how thay make a profit" organization. Tattoos are like anything else you share among coworkers... what they don't know can't be held against you. CG
  11. I have heard of numbing topical creams some artists use, ask about that. If this is also an anxiety thing, does he have a prescription for something to take right before? I personally pop 2 percocets on the way to the appt if I'm gonna be in the chair for 2-3 hours. CG
  12. Of all the crap I did in my mis-spent youth, a tattoo was the very least of it. My mom liked mine, but was a little taken aback with the 1st one. CG
  13. I see one lady on the beach with a dragon tat on her leg.. a real big piece. Dragons are cool on anyone, I only have 1 myself.
  14. I see way too much lettering and once you get past a few words.... you have to stop and read it and in the majority of cases, I'm sorry I did. CG
  15. Not a sleeve.... sorry... I see some skin color showing. Ooopppsss.. wrong thread! Unbelievable effect.. wear it well. CG
  16. My wife likes tattoos, but has no desire to get one. Which is cool, I get her support though. The rest of my family is cool about them, easier to count the non-inked than the inked. My inlaws weren't into them, but never really said much. My wife's brother's family.. totally stick up the ass types, none of 'em even been to jail even... what a boring existence. CG
  17. I hang out with mostly tattooed people at the beach... the morons are less likely to approach a group of us. CG - - - Updated - - - I use a Neutrogena 45 sun block on my ink. I tan really dark anyway, so the rest of me I use a 15-30. The 45 stays on well and actually has to be scrubbed off when I get home. I'm either in my pool or on the beach from May to October. CG
  18. I ned to invite these dudes to my next drunken bash... they on facebook?
  19. We have one local shop that does nice work, one long wall in the shop, nothin but flash. And it has those stick-on dots with the price codes on them. Green + B = $300 and so on. Each has a number so they can retrieve the line drawing to cut a stencil. How old school is that? CG
  20. Most of the people who did my older work are probably dead, or MIA for whatever reason: JC Fly S&W Tattooing, Amityvile, NY Dave Aicroth Danny Pizzo Wayne Loftain Mike Paterno, at Peter Tat2, Hicksville, NY Since 2005, I've been at Studio 69 Tattoo on Long Island: Toni Asena, great artist, no longer in the business :( Gina Sherry
  21. I like flash. Some of my first tattoos were straight off the wall and I liked what I saw and I KNEW what I was getting. It gives people ideas, something they can visualize and maybe ask about a variation that better suits them. Flash was the hook for many of us years back, just looked so cool the way the panels were displayed. CG
  22. The last laugh and then some... I just saw a copy of the Huck Spalding book, really cool however somewhat dated. Great tattoo memorabilia though. CG
  23. My wife works with a lady that is heavily inked, when I visit the office we compare our new tats. She was told very recently to cover them up. This is a financial business where there are no customers in the office areas ever.
  24. Post up a link to the page when you get a chance, I'd love to see it. CG
