Hi I'm new here. I just got my first tattoo done and I have a question c: are little white flakes and bleeding normal for a tattoo outline?I just got the outline done on the top half of my soon-to-be sleeve a few days ago and was wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if my tattoo is ruined or what :c Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
