Thank you so much for easing my mind! Yea it definitely sucks that I have took at it every day. Very close to Philly so I'll look into him.

Last February I was at the tattoo convention in Philly and had a coverup done. I looked at his work and it was beautiful and he was sure the coverup could be done. After the first needle I knew this was bad. He was literally digging into me. This coverup is on my wrist. I scabbed terribly and I have 12 other tattoos that have NEVER looked or felt like this. Basically I want to know if there's hope for fixing this? I am desperate for advice.
